Is he still your best friend?
It may seem like that he has learned his lesson because he spent time in prison, but you have to think of a few things:
You can't teach an old dog new tricks. There is no way he will change his ways. Back in the past, he would have been a pirate, obsessed with treasure and taking it at any opportunity.
He will be too tempted.
He is probably like a kid. He did a booboo and was sent to time out. Doesn't mean he learned his lesson. A couple of days later, the kid will probably do it again, which will lead him to the time out corner again. It is a vicious circle, but there isn't anything that anybody can do about it.
EVEN THOUGH HE MAY SEEM LIKE HE LEARNED THE LESSON. DO NOT HIRE THE MAN!

No, I would not hire him, and I believe banking rules prohibit employing people with that sort of criminal history. Although this person has paid his debt to society, the fact remains that he has violated a personal trust and demonstrated an inability to do the job on the most basic level--that is, he has a proven inability to keep his hands off the money. Whatever overall responsibility you have as a friend to forgive cannot take precedence over the fiduciary responsibility you have to the bank to hire qualified, trustworthy personnel.

uh HELL no!! LOL! Please. Apparently this person was not a good friend to begin with and the fact that he or she has the nerve to approach you again for a job is crazy and disrespectful on their part. I mean I know that people can get rehabilitated in prison but really it would not be a good idea for you ti hire them back. They should be lucky that you still want to be friends with them and would even THINK about allowing them to come back and work for you. Maybe if you think the friend has rehabilitated and wont do it again you might can get them on someplace else.

No way because they have broken the bond of trust. It has nothing to do with friendship. As Michael Corleone says, "Its not personal, Its strictly business."

probably because of the fact WWE knows of how proficient he's interior the hoop because of the fact isn't that the rationalization they gave him 3 mega pushes? Mr. Kennedy is a powerful asset for my section and despite if he hasn't carried out plenty in WWE at the instant he nonetheless has some years and he has many possibilities to develop his wrestling potential. a number of superstars interior the previous have been all rehired already like Chris Jericho Jeff Hardy Cryme Tyme Gail Kim and others. Kennedy is harm services and if only have been given rid of that concern he could be a brilliant addition to the WWE roster. It makes me pronounced because of the fact Kennedy only back from uncooked and he replace right into a potential challenger to Randy Orton's WWE championship. Kennedy is an outstanding wrestler with super mic skills and huge air of secret he does have the person-friendly characteristics to prevail in the appropriate and if he better his wrestling potential with the aid of the years he could actually be a brilliant important eventer. WWE knows of this and that they pushed him the full time even whilst he back from his injuries. i do no longer think of WWE could want to lose Kennedy to TNA they see his potential and ability. i think of it is attainable that they could rehire Kennedy. despite if he is going to TNA i does no longer see it as a foul element for Kennedy's occupation. TNA takes care of their youthful superstars extra desirable than WWE and genuinely acknowledges expertise and pushes them hence. Kennedy could have super suits with human beings like AJ varieties and various different youthful superstars that could supply Kennedy a brilliant push in his occupation. i will see Kennedy doing nicely in TNA yet i do want him rehired back to WWE and that i'm hoping WWE rehires him. He only needs to guard himself extra desirable and be extra careful interior the hoop. If he only slowly replaced his wrestling style and better it could desire to decrease the opportunity of injuries. From what i heard he have been given suspended in WWE by way of drugs so he's have been given to freshen up speedy and resign with WWE as promptly as attainable. i think of Kennedy could do somewhat nicely with no need injuries if he only replaced slightly.
