Well, it's not impossible...in Google it's http://www.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=465&topic=352
and in Yahoo it's http://search2.cc.scd.yahoo.com/cct_search.php?ui_mode=answer&prior_transaction_id=461279&action_code=5&highlight_info=16780215,9,17&turl=http%3A%2F%2Fhelp.yahoo.com%2Fhelp%2Fus%2Fysearch%2Fbasics%2Fbasics-25.html&answer_id=20322183#__highlight
Or...basically
If you have Internet Explorer as your browser, you may stop the search history from being generated by following the instructions below:
1. Select the the 'Tools' menu in Internet Explorer.
2. Select 'Internet Options', then select the 'Content' tab.
3. Under Personal information, click on the 'AutoComplete' box.
On the AutoComplete Settings window you can click the 'Clear Forms' box to delete your current history, or you can uncheck the Forms box to permanently stop the generation of the search history.
:)

Dude, windows will store information on your computer, so you don't have to type things again and again. But if you don't want this to happen, download this program for free
http://www.download.com/CCleaner/3000-2144_4-10547048.html?tag=lst-0-1
Its a free program: CCleaner is a system-optimization tool. It removes unused and temporary files from your system, allowing it to run faster and more efficiently, and giving you more hard-disk space. The application cleans traces left by Windows, Internet Explorer, and third-party applications.

Go to the search bar and press the down arrow button on your keyboard to reveal the list of past searches. highlight an entry (ex: bike games) with your cursor and press the delete key. You will have to do this for every entry I believe.

Hey bro sounds like you got a trojan. When I stumble across these pesky things I simply use my Ad-Aware program. I then also run My SpyBot (Search and Destroy) program. Finally I top it off with a complete scan with my AVG antivirus program. After you run all 3 of these you should be back to normal.

Well for Internet Explorer you're looking for Internet Options and "Clear History" For Firefox you'll look in "Tools" , "Options" , "Privacy" , "History" ..then "Clear History"
Cookies saves passwords and other data, internet files are your cache which is used for quick viewing of web pages later.
