Your not suppose to lose wight to quickly. Your body has to adjust. If you loose weight to quickly you more than likely to gain it all back. Cut on Calories, and stick with a healthy diet. Eat plenty of greens, protein,lean meats,fish, and fruits. Exercise 30 minutes a day in the morning. Eat six small meals a day. Eating six small meals a day will boost your metabolism, and give you more energy. Good luck

start running, or aroebics.. keep it going everyday as a routine..even if you just have 30 minutes to put in to exercise a couple times a day... it will keep your metabolism up and help you burn off those calories quicker.. eat healthy unfattening foods...eat smaller portions than usual....drink lots of water....
