1- if you're responsible, take a babysitting course from a local hospital (about $40) then babysit kids for $4-6 dollars an hour depending on child's age. You can also get a first aid certificate and children's CPR certificate at your local American Red Cross. This way, parents will know that they can rely on you if something bad happens.

2- take a walk down the street and knock on doors saying that you're looking for work and offer to cut grass, pull weeds, etc. Target older people becuz they usually need a helping hand from a younger person.

3- collect unwanted stuff around your house, or from neighbors and friends. Have a yard sale and a lemonade stand.

Have you any time tried the following sites? Please check them turn by turn. I am fully confident that you may not be disappointed as they may suit your requirement seeming to be quite legitimate. The sites contain complete details, including background of the companies, which is normally missing in fly-by-night companies:

I have also come to know that some organization, named probably "Home Business Centre" has a big list of prominent survey sites and sells at some price, which I am not aware of. In those cases selection of work or organization depends at your own choice. Better, for further details, you may contact direct, the email of which is: earn@soon.com

collect soda cans compress them and fill them up in the trash can and take to a recycle company i think they pay you some bucks for it.

make a lemonade stand.
you will need alot of lemons a wireless blender
ice cubes
and most importantly a Business Suit!
it may be ridiculous for a kid to wear a suit but
i heard on the news a kid made alot of bucks wearing a suit while selling lemon made up to 1500 bucks $$$.

or you could go to your local Wall-mart store and offer to do services for moeny and restock their food
they would pay you cash and you get access to free snacks

get a work permit and find a job. I started work at 14. I was the only chic around my friends that ever had money. You want money, work for it in a practical way.

You might be able to get a job (minimum wage) or if you know someone your own age that works, ask them.

Maybe your parents or family can pay you for lawn service, etc.

I used to fix fences, build fences, etc. for my Dad on the family farm.

in the fall, rake other people's leaves; in the winter, plow other people's driveways and/or sidewalks; in the summer, mow other people's lawns and clean pools; and in the spring, umm, try babysitting.
