"Why do u want 2 work here?" "Where do u see urself in the nxt 5to 10yrs?""Do u have any experience in the position offered?/What other skills do u have?""How often r u willing to work?""Is overtime a problem 4u?""What about holidays?""You'll be working in a group,r u a team player?""What pay r u expecting?""What seperates u from the other interviewees, why should we pick u?""When can u start?"..there's many other questions that can be asked ,these r some of the most popular. Here's some tips...Dress business casual(no sneakers or t shirts jeans).Firm handshake. Speak clear, complete sentences(dont mumble, twiddle ur fingers,or giggle).Keep eye contact.Sit up straight(dont slouch).Ask questions(any questions, this makes u look really interested in the company/working there).Only smile and laugh at quips or punchlines, keep a neutral expression otherwise.I'm 20,have had 10 interviews so far in my life and have only been turned down 3 times. When looking for a first job,it's hard to get hired 'cause noone wants to take the time to train u,so you've got to come off very confident and independent. When you've got no experience, you've got to sell ur personality so the way u present yourself is oig to be a big deternier on whether they take a chance on u or not.But dont worry, presentation goes a long way(even with experienced workers.Break a leg!Let me know what happens!

Yes, can you wash dishes? and will you show up on time? other than that just be positive and answer honestly as you can. Washing dishes can be a hard job to do for some. But i see you are 18 years old and this is your first job you are going to have, i know that i have been working since i was 15 years old, doing whatever i could to make money i worked for McDonald's for the longest time and also have worked in restaurants as a waiter. just work hard at washing dishes and work your way up. good luck

No matter what job: DRESS for SUCCESS.
Understand that a position of "dishwasher" is not one that you will have to take any "entrance exams" for!
Just be honest. LISTEN. And learn. This job will not be your last job.
Ask the employer if they will train you to do any other positions, IE: prep-cook, grill, saute, ETC.
As a dishwasher, your first "assignment" should be trying to move OUT of dishwashing & into other areas of the kitchen! (lol)

Wear a tie and button up shirt (and remember to wear pants . . . lol). No matter what job you are interviewing for always wear a tie/suit/etc. Dress up and it'll show them that you take your jobs seriously.

dunno about questions. when you walk into the office, firm handshake, smile and introduce yourself. use your manners, yes sir, no sir. biggest thing is be confident in yourself. act like you know exactly what you want and know where you are going. you will do fine.
good luck hommie!
