I would conclude with the about how dangerous they are. And perhaps list the safety rules from the National Weather Service. And maybe bring up the difference between Flash Flood Warning and Flash Flood Watch. I have attached the website also.

First, state denuded mountains due to rampant conversion from forested area into crops plantations, in this case mountain soil loose due to no trees hold the soil from erosion then upon accumulation of huge water on top, soil will turn into mud and absolutely comes down to the plain as flash floods.

if you want to wander to up the word count bring up how they are on the increase do to global warming, they ruin crops and villages in developing countries and even here in uk cause major problems washing away homes ruining houses and familys memories (photos ect) also because they can cut off power and phone lines and leave people stranded with no means off geting help
