Proabably nothing short of working on it yourself. Either get yourself a new car cause your sick of it being slow OR dont bother because you want to impress people.
You might not be able to afford it but look for a newer car, something that usually has a good resale value but is selling. Look for someone who is desperate to sell their car, they usually have a low price. Id say that an older version of a BMW would be a good investment becuase so many people like them AND they are reliable. Downside, maintenance. Its not too bad but its more than a Honda Accord...

You can't really do anything significant with a $100. I would recommend an air intake. It won't do much but it might give you a few more horses (maybe). By the way..... Honda's aren't made to be fast..... well, except the S2000.

Try getting a tune up. Plugs, wires,. That will increase your performance some. Not much but some. you may have to spend a little more then a hundred dollars though.

Dude, you can't get any significant hp increase with $100.
Just live with it, or get another car.
Don't be that guy with the loud useless muffler or the big spoiler. Everyone laughs at those guys.
