After my last girlfriend/fiancee was killed my a drink driver and I had to be cut out of car my world ended. However time has passed and I've found someone else a true gem. True love starts when most marriages ends. To any woman out there who thinks life is c**p just remember I've be to hell and back. In time you'll find some one special treat each day as your last one day you maybe right.

For the luckyhedghog; you have been lucky to survive and to find happiness again, I have had 1 violent marriage and after fifteen years in second I feel mentally abused where even my son seems to hate me, as for a reason i have'nt a clue, i do all that is asked and more but it never is right. So yes you are lucky and enjoy it while you can!

Thank you for that all important 'pick me up' statement. I am deeply sorry for your loss, but i have dealt with death all my life. Just to be brief, I lost my mum to cancer 6 years ago and believe me the pain doesn't go away. Of course I get on with life but it never goes away.
Ive been to hell and back also, i had a miscarriage 2 years ago although am very lucky to have been given the chance to have another child. Not everybody can share your hope-- all i say to myself is, there are a lot of people worse off than me.

yes life is crap. my mum committed suicide when i was 12 and i didn't find out the truth(that she took her own life) until i was about 24. it was all hush hush.at first i was sad then angry. i feel let down. now that i know why she did it, i feel sorry for my dad and what he must have gone thru.bringing me and my sister up must have been hard. i also feel guilty cos i probably didn't help.
life is crap.struggle every day.
