Mix honey(1-2 spoons), fresh cream and a few drops of lime, apply it on your face till it dries and wash it off. Do this once a day in the evening. This mixture also helps clear tans. You can also use a cucumber face wash/pack to clear the pores in your face and help ur skin breathe. Only then it will glow. About overweight. Its an age old remedy. Excercise. And oh yeah,drink tons of water, at least 3-4 litres a day. That'll help both ur skin and ur weight problem.

About the glow of the skin - that comes when you are healthy and happy. I think if you take care of the second, the first will get fixed. Also, make sure you use good cosmetics; a nice facial wash will help a bit with the complexion.
About the second - go see a dietician; and follow their advice. Very important. And get into regular physical exercise.
About the neck - if you are sure your neck is scrubbed very clean (dirt loves necks, and they make them seem dark), it usually means it has suntanned more. That happens and is rather normal in the summer. Make sure your face gets some sun too, and your torso, so you can even things out.

wash ur face twice daily, scrub or exfoliate it at least once a week but not everyday coz it might strip off ur skin natural oil n thats not good..steam ur face, u can do it at home...put some hot water in a pile,put ur face in it, n cover ur head with a towel so the steam wont get out..do it at least for 15-20 minutes..after that wash ur face with cold water n cleanser followed by toner n moisturizer..it really works n let that glow shine through..
do this at least for 3 days in a row n then u can reduce it to once or twice a week...
as for ur neck, do wash it throughly like washing ur face,n scrub it to peel of the dead skin cells n if u do this often ur neck will look fairer so next time when ur washing ur face dun neglect ur neck area..
for ur body u really have to work out to make ur body look toned n healthy too...n diet if u REALLY want to lose weight....^_^...

try using a light bronser on your face ..my girlfriend does this and she really likes it... and it will blend in with the rest of the skin color...and the weight just get some exercise.. butn more calories than you eat.. stay away from junk food.. to much greasy food and to sweet food...anything with high fat content cut it out of your diet for awhile....some masques for the face will put the glow back in your face too..

just be happy that you dont got pimples....
about losing weight dont eat fast foods or alot of fatty foods like chips, fried chicken and alot of soda, and just walk for an hour a day
you really shouldnt care about how you look just be happy and live life and dont worry about what other people will say or think about you.
