Depends on who you ask. Freud would say "sex, lots of sex" because that's about all he ever said. Nutcase. The most popular answer would probably be that you have issues with insecurity or that you are uncomfortable with your body. You want the truth? Try to think about it without guessing or jumping to conclusions for a few minutes. You probably already have the answer, you just haven't seen it yet. If you really can't figure it out, you could try what I do. Grab a tarot deck (borrow one if you don't have one) and lay all the cards face-down on the table and spread them around while thinking about your dreams. Pick one. Just a random card. Then look it up and see what it means. You will most likely be able to connect it to something in your life. Maybe that will clear things up. If not, I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's just a dream.

HI! Go to the library tomorrow if you can and get a book on dreams. Look up naked and there will be other questions to answer after that. When you find the one that fits your sitution the closest it will explain to you why u may be having this dream.
If you feel this is a problem or that you are having a mental health issue because of the reocurring dream, then I suggest maybe you talk to yyour physican and maybe seek some therapy. That is only if you feel that this dream is causing a problem for you.
