I would be most afraid of the Wolfman.

Wolfman, no question.
1. Ghosts can't even touch you. Your worldy body passes right through. Scary, but not necessarily dangerous.
2. Frankenstein - Scary, but slow, made of dead flesh, and isn't very smart.
3. Dracula - Definitely scary. Very dangerous. But crosses and garlic are everywhere.
5. Witches - I don't believe in magic.
6. Mummy - he's an undead that's been rotting for thousands of years. Too fragile to be dangerous.
The Wolfman is a man (which is the most dangerous primate)AND a wolf (which is the most dangerous canine). He is a cross between two of the most deadly creatures that have ever existed. And the only thing that'll kill him are bullets made of silver.

A witch. They can cast spells and turn people into other things and wicked stuff like that.
A ghost doesn't seem like it could do much damage, Frankenstein just wants to be loved and is easily calmed with music, Dracula is a playboy and would put me under his spell before I would be afraid, the wolfman will return to normal so really I just have to avoid him, and a mummy moves slow and can easily be set on fire or unraveled.

I think Ghost will be scarier than any one else mentioned in the list. Because till now whatever I have seen in movies, from tat I can say that ghosts are the most scary. And you forget "Jason" in friday the 13th movie. He sucks. I mean whatever you do that dog is not going to die.
