Congrats! You just became a man! LOL! The watery liquid which discharged was semen and it was your first wet dream. Men/Boys get that when the production of semen has caused an oveflow in the body. Your body keeps on producing it, and when it does not have any more space to keep it, it comes out. Men usually masturbate to get some pleasure and take it out. I'm assuming that you are just a kid and have not started masturbating yet. You might not get another wet dream for another 2-3 months depending on your body or if you start masturbating. No, this is no disease and is very normal. Talk to your parents or search internet on wet dreams and masturbation, you will find lotsa information.
Don't worry about it...its very normal and happens to most of the men.

The buildup of semen gushed out during a wet dream, thats all.
Nothing wrong. Its not a disease. Semen isproduced regularly in the cbody. It is released during intercourse or masturbation.If neither are done, and one has amorous dreams, the central nervous systems signals the genetials area, and the involuntary climax results, and semen is ejected out of the penis. Its alsways watery and smelly. The pain was probably due to you being virgin, or penis cannal smaller in comparison to quantum of semen ejecting out.
I leave it to other readers of Yahoo, who'll will advise you to masturbate, have sex etc. Look up their answers, and do what you feel best.

Hey no need to worry as it happens to most of the young boys.
Do you (it can not be seen in messege but try 'n understand)? Means do you try your hands on it?
If yes then may be you are overdoing it.
OR You are not at all doing it. Try it once or twice a week so that you should not blow out.
About pain = You might have penis with fully covered by prepuce. OR You might had been sleeping in wrong posture.
