I can't believe how cruel and self righteous some of you people can be. Have you never done anything that you really felt dumb and scared after wards? This child is asking for help and most of you are definitely NOT helping.
Now, honey I do hope you learn from this. Not only to respect and take care of yourself, but to forgive yourself and do something constructive instead of worrying. In most states all you need do is go to a pharmacy and ask for the morning after pill. Do this immediately or it will not work. Otherwise, get a pregnancy test. If it's positive and you think she will understand, talk to your mother.
About your boyfriend, I really don't know the answer for that one. I would advise you to take time out of this relationship. A guy who truly loved you would not have put you in this position.
If you need a shoulder E me at fatmamais50@yahoo.com I would be happy to listen.

The chances of your being pregnant depend on a lot of factors including where you were in your menstrual cycle when you had sex (for example in the days right before your period comes the chances are extra-high), the effects of his sperm on your egg (they may be very potent together) and lots of other stuff. About the statutory rape, if an of-age person has sex with a minor the adult is committing statutory rape no matter what the circumstances. So next time have protected sex, consider seriously whether or not you should continue this relationship and go to a clinic for a pregnancy and std test.

One: If your parents don't charge him, the state will most likely leave it alone, unless he is wanted for something else.
Two: Never have unprotected sex, especially if you're going to worry this much about it. I hope you didn't do it just because he wanted you to.
Three: No one can tell you what your chances of being pregnant are because no one knows all the circumstances. What time of you cycle is it? Is the guy fertile?
Wait at least a week and then take a pregnancy test. And while you're buying it, get some condoms too, so there's no reason to worry this much again.

This answer applies to Singapore only.
Statutory rape applies when the party is under 14 years of age, regardless of whether the sex is consensual or not, or whether the parents want to press charges. The state can still prosecute you boyfriend for having sex with a minor if you are under 16. It does not always happen if there are mitigating issues.
There is no black and white figures for getting pregnant due to unprotected sex, though the risk is quite high. Other than pregnancy, you also risk getting sexually transmitted dieases.
If you are unsure, you can always check with a gynaecologist or use other the counter pregnancy test kits.

The state will not do anything about charges unless you or your parents press them. They really arent concerned unless it is an outragously diffrent age like 12 and 35 that would be bad. but otherwise i would not worry about it. and as for what your chances are you have like a 30% or even less of getting pregnant depending on when you had sex and how your cycle falls each month. You have to be ovulating at or around the time of intercoarse. I had unprotected sex several times each month for more than a year and never fell pregnant. So its really tricky.

First off I think you need to talk to your parents about this, and if you are pregnant they would be able to guide you. a couple days is a little to early to be able to tell though. And the answer to the second half of the question is it is a toss up. I knew a 13 year old that got pregnant by a 21 year old, nothing was done but I know a 20 year old that got a 17 year old pregnant and the state picked up the charges and he spent 6 months in prison and now has to register as a sex offender. GOOD LUCK

If you're scared you're pregnant, you can go to your local planned parenthood and get the "morning after pill," usually for free. It will usually work for up to three or four days after you had the unprotected sex.
And it depends on the state whether or not they'll press charges against him for statutory rape. I would guess more than likely not. You're not required to tell anyone who the father is.

Yes, you could be pregnant, but you could also not be pregnant. Wait and see how you feel. If you get nervous or impatient, get a pregnancy test at your local health department. They can also talk to you about birth control if you are going to have sex. Unprotected sex can cause diseases, and even death if the diseases are left unchecked. Please respect yourself and protect yourself! The state wouldn't do it-only your parents would. If you are feeling this bad about everything, I can't imagine the sex is very enjoyable-can you wait until you are older? I know that is asking a lot, but peace of mind is worth more than anything...

wow, I guess you are in a jam, arent you? First, dont freak out...if you wait to get a pos. pregnancy test, it wil be too late for the morning after pill. Which, I hate anyway, but we are not talking about me. Wait a couple of weeks or until you have missed your period, take a test and go from there. How old is your bf?? And you?? If he is quite a bit older and you are still in your early teens, then yes, charges should be pressed.

the chances are unpredictable.
Usely, you have to dump the nut load inside every time to even get a so called good chance. But of course, when you're trying thats when the bread doesn't come in the oven, when you're not trying, well you know the rest.
Get a pregnancy test down at CVS, Walgreens, in 5-15 more days. (If your period is not comming around)
