Hon, it is ok...I think the cleanest thing to do is talk to your doctor. Good luck!!

Don't listen to these guys that say you should get circumcised, it is an unnecessary procedure that is extremely painful at your age.

You have made a wise choice not to pull it back by force, but since you never pulled it back before, it is going to take some time to get it fully over the head.

The only thing you need to do is exercises!

Every day when you are in the shower, pull back the skin as far as you can and hold it there as long as you want(the longer the better). Try not to touch the head if you see it, it will be very sensitive...do not put soap on while doing this because it may sting. Anyway, do this every day and pull it farther little by little each day. Someday it will come completely over the head if you do these daily exercises.

There is also something else you can use such as ointments, but I have no idea about that stuff.

Start your procedure as soon as possible and one day you will be able to pull back the skin completely!

Then count yourself lucky.

The foreskin serves several important purposes.

First off, it keeps the glans (the head) sensitive, so you get much more sensation. In addition, small quantities of smegma - the rather nasty stuff that gets stuck between the foreskin and the glans - serve as a natural lubricant when you get it on.

Next, your body wasn't mutilated as an infant. Research shows that circumcision is a hypertraumatic event for an infant boy.

Not to mention it makes your tool larger than if it were clipped.

Besides, what's the big deal about having it "pulled back"? What, someone won't give you head because it's the way God intended? Find someone less shallow, then!

The best way to get the foreskin to pull back is to try it a little at a time. The skin will stretch over time so pull it back as far as you can then wait a day OR two and pull it back again then await pull wait pull and eventually the foreskin will retract all the way. Also when masturbating keep pulling it back further each time. It might take a week or more but you will get it to retract over your penis head

What they teach in sex ed classes isn't always 100% accurate when it comes to the details of certain external anatomy. With the penis, there are all kinds of variations between people regarding length, girth, and the amount of foreskin. The video you watched simply showed a man's penis with a foreskin that wasn't long enough to stay on the glans during an erection. Yours is normal, but so was his. There should be no problem either way.

I normally would not bother with a question about the penis, but you seem sincere in needing help. It is not easy to ask such a thing, as some people will be crude in answering you. Here are two sites that address your concerns. remember to go slow, as you are not used to it and it may be a bit painful at first if you need to change how you handle cleaning. you do not need to be circumcised if you do not desire that. many men go through their entire life with a foreskin and no problems at all. best wishes!

Many men have this. It's simply a case of not being circumsized. I've heard a lot of hoopla about whether to get it done or not and that can be a decision made once you become more educated through your doctor and your own research.
Getting circumsized these days is a quick and virtually painless procedure that is usually done as day surgery.
It will not affect your libido or sexual ability, that is only a mental block and it's all in your mind.

Go to a doctor. You probably have lots of smegma or "c*ck cheese" built up back there! YUCK!

My dad was circumsized at age 45....go for it !
