easy...

firstly eat average...
do lost of situps lets say for about an hour.. start with 20 and move on to about 100 per rep...
then do pushups about 20...
pull ups 15
the situps you should do for about an hour..
pull ups 10 mins..
push ups 20 mins...

after that jog or go on the thread mill for 1 and a half hours...
thts how i lost weight..
it works and it works really well if u do it everyday

Hey,it is looks difficult.But if u can't reach the sky ,try and get hold of a tree.You can atleast start by losing a few pounds if not 20.The right exercise and the right diet.Sounds cliched but it works.I am in the slow process right now and hopefully will lose atleast 5kg in a month.I have lost 2kg in 2 weeks.It is just little but drops of water make the ocean you see.Just review the attachment i am sending,try to follow it and maintain it.Good Luck!

Special K diet? Kidding...

20lbs is a lot for 2 weeks. Aim for 5.

I'd eat a lot of veggies, yogurt, lean protein like tuna and chicken and some whole grain not just multi grain products. Nothing fried, processed or heavily salted. Drink your 8 glasses of water per day. I'd also steer clear of pastas, white breads and any snack foods.

you cant losr that much in just two weeks, its not healthy.

just go on a good diet, either special K or slim fast, and exercise, the most weight that you should lose in a week is about 5.

If u really want to do it then u have to start a diet program with exercise... The best diet is eat very little, mostly fruits & vegetables and the night don't eat anything..Don't eat junk food or unhealthy foods and exercise more..

Exercise and eat diet pills. Maybe use a massage machine to help you burn more fats. In two weeks, it's possible. Why not? If there's a will, there's a way...

There is not a healthy way to do that. You might be able to do it, but you're going to regret it when you gain 30 pounds back.

Chopping your legs off may work.
Then if you need to lose any more choose an arm and. *chop*.
