In life we all go thru phases
ups and downs
U will feel as if what ever u are going thru will last for ever
but it will not

out of it you could become a stronger person
It is just part of life
and it will never last for ever.

It depends on what you mean by 'things', and just what are you wanting to improve anyway, the only way you can make anything improve is to attempt to make the right choices and decisions, and then hope that you have.......only YOU can make YOUR life better.
