Infield fly rule did not effect the outcome of the game. The Braves played poorly, 3 errors, 12 men left on base, poor base running (running to the left of the foul line going to first base. Also a bad call by an umpire game the Braves 2 runs. You can't call time when the pitcher is delivering the ball. The pitch before the home run in the 2nd inning should have been strike 3. Infield fly rule was called correctly by the letter of the law but not by the spirit of the law. Still it did not cause the Braves to lose the game. Chipper Jones even said that after the game.
