I went to buy a box of cereal from wal mart today and this lesbian tried to take it out of my cart. I didnt know she was a woman and i decked her in the face on accident a few times. Now she is trying to sue me and if i had known she was a woman i would have only slapped her because i know you arent supposed to hit a woman like a man. what should i do?

My deal is this.....you say you accidentally hit her a few times in the face. Now I repeat..accidentally hit her a few times..now..how can that be? Once maybe..but a few times????? I am having a hard time with that one!!! I Wonder if it had be a man or a lady in a dress would it had been different? If this person would have been wearing a sign saying I am Gay would it have been different? Would it have been different it this person would have been wearing a sign saying I am a Lesbian? How about I am a Man? Or better yet..I am a Woman? I am a Child? I see no difference. Do you??????A box of cereal is a box of cereal..there are more on the shelf....why is it that no matter what people think they have to fight over things that are totally meaningless and then sue over them and tie up our court systems with stupid idiotic lawsuits ?

Take up for your responsibility. That was a stupid move on your part, regardless if she took it out of your cart. And how could you hit someone more than once by accident? That doesn't even make sense. You're ignorant, and you should apologize to her, even if she tried to steal something. People are so ready to resort to violence when it comes to something so trivial. By you saying sorry to her, will belittle her because she attempted to do something bad as well, which shouldn't have tried in the first place.

how do "accidently" hit someone a "few times"?
It doesn't matter if it was a woman or not, or lesbian or not...you hit someone that many times, you committed assault. I would say she has every right to sue you, have you arrested, whatever. sounds like an anger managment problem to me.
could you not have SAID something instead of resorting to violence?

This is a great example of why I don't shop at Wal-Mart. Good luck.

I don't know where you went to kindergarden, but my teacher taught me to keep my hands to myself.

It would be just as against the law if the person you hit had been a man.

Why don't you just have a heart to heart talk with your Mommy and Daddy and tell them that you're not getting enough attention.

This isn't the place for that. Take your meds and you will feel better soon.

when you are at court, make sure you mention that you know she is a lesbian so they can add the charge of it being a hate crime!!!

What does her being a lesbian have to do with it? Did you ask her if she was as you were beating her up?
