He has an estimated fortune of 55 million pounds, so he doesn't need to do anything for the rest of his life! He has said in his interview on french tv last week that he will take some time out to relax with his family & friends.

He is also still signed up with Adidas until 2012 & they intend on extending his contract presumably to advertise & promote football & their products - a bit like what Eric Cantona does for Nike. He does have various other sponsorships so he will continue with that advertising.

I would like to see him train as a coach, I think he would be excellent, he has massive drive & ambition, a good football brain & vision & its obvious that he was pulling the strings & organising the French in the World Cup so he musn't waste this talent.

I think right now he will take some much deserved and earned time off to spend with his wife, children, family and friends.Try to find some normalcy in his life. That will help him get back perspective and put him in the right frame of mind to decide what he wants to do in the future and with the rest of his life. Whatever he decides I wish him nothing but the best and will remember all the enjoyment I got from watching him.

P.S. Ask Zindane But He Not Playing

He could invent a new sports: could be called "head on" or "head butt on" and will be played with 11 players who have their turn to hit with their head the players of the other team. Wins the team which grounds the other team completely. If any of the players calls the other son of a bi*** the "son" is allowed to cry or even to give a second head butt to the opponent in the same turn. Nice eh? I am sure the great Zidane will be champion of the world at least in this sports. And in this sports you do not have to apologise for being violent so that's for him.

I do not think he will be a manager,
He has a lot of money so he should go and spend some with his family and get away from the pressure of football.

Zidane already made his plans even before the first game of the world cup, whether France was going to come out in the first round or as far as it went, so his plans still stands and I am sure he has made good plans for his future. That headbutt will not change anything in his plans after retirement.

NEWSFLASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It has just been confirmed that Zidane has decided to become an actor. His first role will be a French remake of the classic Boys from the Blackstuff. Zidane will play the part of Yosser Hughes who says little but "Gizza Job". when his application is refused he plants a headbutt on the interviewer. film director Vincents Jones, one time right hand man to Gazza , says he has seen Zidanes routines and believes he is the right man for the job.
