YES IT DOES SNOW IN VIRGINIA. NOT LIKE NEW YOUR THOUGH. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY BODY RUST ON MY CARS AND I HAVE LIVED IN VIRGINIA ALL MY LIFE. IT DEPENDS ON WHERE THE CAR WAS/IS KEPT (GARAGE OR PARKED IN THE WOODS).

i live in virginia. and yes, it does.
but the only reason that body rust is more common in snowy areas is because salt is often used on the roads to melt the ice, and the salt eats away at the metal like mad. some communities, however, use sand or cinders (from coal-burning power plants) that don't eat holes in cars like salt does.
so it's probably a roll of the dice if you haven't seen the car.

yes, especially in the western part of the state over in the mountains. It sometimes snows along the east as well, but not as often... just usually frost and thats it.
