Please I need help to chose a Master, something useful for Canada, specially Quebec, where I plan to live for the next five years at least.

Communications would be a good one to put with International Relations - this way you could work in any capacity dealing with foreign relations, corporate development, politics, media etc. It would give you a very wide scope.

Get an MBA (Masters in Business Administration). This is a very useful degree anywhere in the world and it is applicable to many different industries or career types.

What are you good at? What are you most interested in? What languages do you speak that could enhance your international relations degree?
First figure out the above, then talk to counselors school. Then talk to people who work in the fields you're interested in.

What did you major in? MBAs are requested a lot in Canada and other industrialized countries, but you should really pick something that interests you as well.

Choose something that you find interesting. If it is going to be your career and you will be doing it for a long long time. You will perform best at a task that you have chosen for yourself, and all will benefit more from your efforts as they are more likely to be productive.
