you are very ignorant to the fact that everything has a balance, and that there are things in the workforce that women can do as much as men. men are also just as good at staying home with the kids and doing housework. There are many recent articles that are out right now that show the growth of men staying home and their wives working. There should be a balance. It is important in all aspects of life. If you are that ignorant about how women effect the workforce, you are ignorant about alot more things about women.

some of us are pretty good for the workforce. im a mechanic, certified for diesel. its my career and i love it . i hold my own as well as any other woman who has the patience and heart to go after it in this field. if you were secure and gainfully employed you wouldnt ask this question, what you should of been asking is "Am i suitable for the workforce"

Hey! We have the talents and skills, too. For practicality reason, women needs to work now to help her husband unless she is married to a guy who is really damn rich or has a good paying job and really financially stable. Then why not stay at home, we girls will just go shoppping till we drop and spend all our husband's money. :)
