Friday is the Holy day for Muslims so weekend must always fall on Friday and it will never be on Saturday and Sunday. For some business firms they have Thurday and Friday as the weekend but there comes a new law changing it to be Friday and Saturday as the weekend.

with Effect from 1 September 2006 the new rules will be implemented.
the weekend will be on Friday and Saturday.

they cannot cancel the Friday holiday
so maybe Friday and Saturday will be the Holiday
