bath and body carry an aroma therapy line that have the body sugar scrubs. also marshall fields make-up and beauty dept. have a section that have sum yummy flavors of body scrubs like, cupcake, gingerbread, candy apple, but they r a little more expensive.

Try Irish Spring micro clean with particles in the soap for exfoliation.

just read the label, if it says exfoliators then it has it in, some of the contents are a plastic bead, some are almond shells ground up and some are bits of luffa which is the pith of a gourd or squash like veggie.

for your face,i would use proactiv.its AWSOME!!!!!!its 40$ from the mail but off the comercials its like 20$.i know it might be expensive,but belive me,its worth it!i started using it in 5th grade and im in 8th grade now.i havent had a bad acne problem since..and yes,i have hit puberty so i bet that if i didnt use it i would have a bad acne problem cuz my family has that problem...so....go and get it!
