What are the procedures of a Group B strep test?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and I have to have one next week when I visit my doctor. Just want to know what to expect.

They just take a long q-tip like thing and swab your cervix/vagina with it. It's not as bad as a pap smear. It doesn't hurt and takes about 2 seconds to do! Good luck

the doc will give you a cotton swab and have you stick it in the vagina and the anus it's not all that hard to do
