Is this chemistry? Yes, i seek a relation, so it's chemistry if it's a go!
BTW: i'm in the Netherlands, mid thirties, and i'm not so sporty, and am no millionaire.

Wrong area love, but here's a few thoughts
Free concerts are held in most cities. You will find someone with similar interests
Bookstores, if you are bookish
Walk in the park
Go to your church, if you have one
Join clubs that interest you
Place an ad in a newspaper
In the US there are smoke-free clubs, are there clubs like that in Netherlands?
Go hiking
Get a small dog, we chicks dig small dogs.
Learn to play an instrument and play it in a park or other public places
Talk to people at your place of work, ask for a blind date
If you aren't working, get a job and follow above instruction
Ask your friends if their g/f's have sisters or friends.
Take dance lessons - salsa, ballroom, big band. NOt expensive, doesn't require sport talent
Write poetry and go to an open mic night and read it.
Volunteer as a museum or something that insterests you as a tour guide

Libraries, Parks, Musuems are all a good start, but it depends on what your interests are. By the way, say affordable, not cheap...it sounds better.
