Did you start your menstural cycle?
If not, go to the doctor. You should not be bleeding.
Bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy.

The bleeding doesn't mean you're pregnant.
if your partner wasn't protected - you could be.
the blood is indicative of menstrual cycle or trauma.
Always a good idea to check with your doctor.

well if you had sex 2 days ago then it would be too early to have signs of pregnancy. So you might just be on your period...

You can get pregnant during bleeding and after bleeding. You can also bleed during pregnancy.
