After booting from the XP cd, what are the commands you type to start windows?

Im at the screen that says C:\ windows, but i don't know what commands to start windows with.

Im trying to boot from the cd because of a blue screen error message.

you don't use the cd to boot into windows, you use it to install, repair or restore windows, I have never seen the windows xp cd go to a c prompt, it always starts an install. You may have a copy or bootleg, in which case you would change to the I386 directory, and then type winnit.exe to start install
