Another strange dream I had; someone please interpret this one for me?

Ok so hold on and bare with me, this will not hold ALL my text for the post... so I'll post it in sections, please wait till I post it all up OK

I think I had this dream when I was in 5th grade, this is what it was about (I swear it could be made into a mini action sci-fi movie! LOL):

The dream started in a strange underground place, I came in from the top it was a field felt like somewhere in the Midwest and seemed to be a military facility. There was a big whole in the ground that lead to an underground facility. I had just snuck into that place. I was walking down the huge hallway. I was the same age as I was in reality at that time. Ok, so this hallway it had bright lights over head but you could barely see beside you, there were cages and shadows of figures in those shadows. I kept walking down that hallway for awhile amazed at the strange things I was seeing for the first time. In the shadows of the light where all the jail like cages was, they were over flooded of people in them, but after looking harder they weren’t people at all.

They were strange some looked human like and some not at all. They seemed to be captured aliens (at least that’s my guess while I was in my dream). At first I wasn’t sure what I was to do down there. But some how I ended up talking to one of those strange beings, they told me how they were captured and they’re plight, like how they were used against their will. I some how ended up opening all the doors/gates to the cages and all the strange creatures came out. That’s when I remembered why I was down there in the first place. It seemed I was down there so I could get them out, as if I already knew they were down there and that’s why I snuck in, in the first place.

After releasing them the alarm went off, and all the lights were flickering and what not. I ended up going first back out the big hole in the ground even though there were attempts to close it (it looked like a draw bridge thingy, like the door to the hole was made of a cement and was being drawn to shut close), and the creatures came afterwards.

There was helicopters and stuff flying around trying to stop us. At times the helicopters and armed forces seemed to be more concerned about me then the freed beings, at least it seemed like that at times and the fact that it seemed like we were running through a mine field. It felt like they didn’t care if anyone got hurt, but couldn’t afford for me to get hurt, but they were suppose to be stopping me though(so I never understood why they wouldn’t want to stop me or shoot me for what I just did).

It was strange indeed. For some reason they were scared to shoot at anybody, so we kept running, and we somehow avoided the mine field bombs. We helped each other over the fence and wires, and still avoided the troops on the ground somehow. After getting off the base they kept running and seemed to get away because they disappeared. I was left all alone in the field to get back on my own; I looked back at the base and saw they are still going crazy over there from the break. They didn’t seem to be coming after me, so I proceeded to leave, where ever I was going to I didn’t know. I was walking, and then I woke up from my dream.

Strange huh? But my dreams are always fun! I think I’m strange LOL, maybe that’s why I have strange dreams, maybe? Tell me what yall take from a dream like this.

I always dream like that, it's like watching a movie with me in it. Does that mean anything? Why do I always dream like that, and not in first person?

You should totally write novels. I once heard that a dream is an answer to a question you didn't know how to ask. That your minds way of working through things isn't always clear,unless you can trace back what was going on in your life at the time. Or maybe youre just really creative. Sometimes I have dreams that are kinda like that too. It's almost like your brain switches frequencies to become like a tv show or something.As long as you're not feeling fear inside of dreams like the one you described i'd just sit back and enjoy the ride.Hell and make some money off of it if you can:)

Answering with a question: what was going on at the time? Sounds like since it was in 5th grade (and I'm assuming you're older now) that you were going through a lot of turmoil that your awake brain didn't know how to handle with the resolution you wanted.
It sounds like you had a lot of major change and upset in your family and felt pretty isolated and not needed/wanted. There is a lot of symbolism and metaphoric items you have mentioned and probably a lot more that have fuzzed over with time.

Of course this is only going on the dream portion- because you didn't say much about what else was happening.

ats strange but i had a dream somewhat like that in the 6 grade and except the aliens were capturing people and turning us into them in a machine thing and my job was to turn the machine off and help the kids out. it was really wierd i still don't know what it means

Wow! Can't help u with the interpretation, but I had a similar dream, except more like the underworld (with imp-like creatures for security). I'll watch this thread!

ok, well isee this dream more of a dream than a sign of your future. Some dreams i can see symbolism and metaphors that may relate to current issues, this dream though seems to be simply a figment of whaqt you saw previously.

do you watch a lot of scary movies?
if you do then your subconscience will start to believe in the things you watch and think about. and at night your subconscience will think it's real. you could be having this dream because you watched a movie.

u shudve told ure age ther....was tiz dream u saw b4 the iraq war or after tat.....

if its after americans conquerin iraq thn its bcoz u re subconciuosly feeling srry for wat is happenin ther and want to do ure bit to help the inoocent men geting butchered ther and its not only iraqis so many of american young guys re jst gettin slain ther......
