They are barely visible unless I stretch the skin-but they are little tiny white bumps that I can't seem to get rid of. I've heard that they are calcium deposits but other's say they are just small zits.

I've tried everything I can think of-popped them, steamed my face, and exfoliated but they don't seem to disappear for more than a day if at all. I also wash my face regularly so it's not just poor hygeine--can anyone help??

They are whiteheads (tiny zits). They are normal - stop looking so close. If you continually pop them, you can damage your skin.

You'll be dead in 80 years or so and won't have to worry about them. In the meantime, they won't hurt anyone.
