Also what would be good sushi dishes to try and any discriptions.. I have had sushi a few times, but I am not familar with what to order.

I wouldn't eat sushi in Ohio. That's pretty far from Japan. Sounds scary to me.

Their Sushi Chef is really sweet and freindly, though the price for their sushi isn't what you would expect. It's a bit high for the area, though the skill is outstanding. The waitstaff goes out of their way to make you comfortable.
Try rainbow rolls and spider rolls. Just get a sampler plate. It will have all of their best on it. Have fun!
