I am having a hard time cleaning the cobwebs from my textured ceiling without either the paint chipping or the cobwebs just gathering and sticking to it.

There's a long handled tool that looks like a fiberoptic bundle that works just great on the cobwebs without chipping; it's called a Webster. Otherwise, try one of those electromagnetic dusters.

Had the same problem. Try a feather duster. It's light, won't chip the paint but it gets the job done.

Leave them then when someone says something about it say you re decorating early for Halloween....no kidding!!

Use a duster but not feather cuz the feathers get stuck in the ceiling too.

try this...dampen a cloth slightly and attach it to a long-handled duster with elastic bands and lightly run it across the cobwebs...its the method i use and it seems to be the most effective

Vaccum. Get a small vaccume with a hose attachment and suck em up. I had a lot in my garage and this worked like a charm.
