Different part of that person can experience a different direction of motion. Think of a car crash, the driver's body can experience opposite direction of motion from different part of his body. Let's take it up a notch and imagine a suicide bomber's body as he detonates the bomb. His body parts are flying in all directions.

Well, there's always Gravity. And if you're moving up, then there's two. And if you're moving diagonally away from the center of gravity, there's kind of three. Then again, those are forces, not direction. But direction is determined by the greatest amount of force. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking.
