If you are an agent, and you want a mission, you just have to wait for them to give the agents one. But when you dont have a mission, your job is to report any penguin who uses bad language ,swearing, being rude or mean. Ad if an agent does any of those stuff they can be reported too, and can never come in the HQ again.(not even through the secret entrance in the sports shop.)
