To wink is not always a sign to have something that u are thinking right now. Winking is also depends on some situations..we also used to wink so many times in a day..even towards our colleagues or relatives. It may be nothing just a wink. Don't think that way, bcoz ur job may be in trouble if u'll try & there will be nothing like this on the otherside.
So wait 'n' watch. If she comes to u then go for it...otherwise don't take first step...let her come and ask...

I always say never get your meat where you get your bread. An office or workplace romance is not the ideal situation, to be in, when you break up and you will, you need to have another job in the lurch, so you may go to it before you get fired, and there is no sense crying about wrongful termination, because you pursued a no win situation.I hope you apply the etiquette to your given situation, possibly the links below might just help..........

A wink is not enough for you to reach a conclusion. You've gotto be sure and be sure of the risk you are about to take.

I would be very careful with this. if you do and things get bad then you could be up for more than it worth. Your job will be lost, she could put you up for sexual harassment and if you have a partner than kiss that good bye also.
Just weigh it all up and see what you come up with.
Good luck.

It's just a normal thing. I think you are tinking too much into it. If you go and asked her straight, you may embrassed her and yourself.
