I like both F1 and NASCAR. Plus I am a huge fan of MotoGP. I only wish CART and IRL would merge so there would be a big American open wheel series.

Bye the way I camped at the US MotoGP race (50,000 campers and 100,000 on race day) last year and didn't hear of any problems...nobody getting anything stolen and no fights. We will see this week if it's the same this year.

I find race fans in general are pretty cool...although I have seen plenty of fights at the Saturday night short track races.

Maybe you are a reject if you think F1 fans are like that.
F1 is not just about the car. It's about the people that make it and the ones that drive it. And it's tough. You have to go through many steps and make yourself well-known before even dreaming to drive or work in F1.
F1 only sucks when there are fatal accidents. Fortunately, that hasn't happened since 1994.

Very, very interesting; I followed the F1 circuit for many years (I've been to races on four continents) and, to the best of my knowledge I've never been accused of being a crabby stuck-up reject. I would really be interested in knowing how you came to that conclusion about me.
It seems you are generalizing and perhaps you are just being provocative and seeking an angry outburst from someone, however, that's not my style.

If the worst drivers of F1(wilson,montoya) can be champions in NASCAR then F1 really sucks!!!

I agree, I don't like it as good as NASCAR......but its two totally different styles of racing. There is something to be said for both of them. F1 is just more of a technology race than anything...which leads to boring races. I enjoy watching it sometimes......

But.....

NASCAR all the way! Burton rules! Newman, Stewart, Gordon, and DW can all kiss my white (beep).

Well I watched the IRL race Saturday night, and the French GP Sunday morning. I actually enjoyed the IRL race more. When and if IRL and ChampCar get back together it will be good thing. I like ChampCar's option tires and power to pass.
