The little ham is definitely a boy, but with a very high voice. Remember, he is a pig so if pigs could talk, are all supposed to sound like Porky?

Piglet is a stuffed animal and everything in the Hundred Acre woods are stuff animals as well, except for Christopher Columbus or whatever his name is. So Piglet is neither.

Piglet is a boy. It's like Tweety you can't tell if it's a boy or girl, but tweety is also a boy. I guess the creators do that so you can use your imagination more, and considers more thought.
