well its kinda hard to say i mean is this a definatly surprise birthday that you shouldnt know about ? well if it is then i think this dress that i have found would flatter any body form even if your altra skinnhy or small breasted or big and curvy i find yellow compliments every skin tone and flatters every eye color but a great run on the beach and a nice tan( without white bra strap detail ) some bronzer and glow attention to them legs and a nice soft flowing hair or tousel updo with some banging hoops or chandelier killer rampage earrings and of course my favorite steve madden's shoes would knock out any party i mean you wanna look like come hither but ohmigod im so surprise now i gotta cancel my date with this new guy but oh well its my party and he dont have to come if he dont want to! trust me with the way you look in a dress like this any color matter of fact speaks im a lady but a Queen at my ball so dress is the way to go and if you dont like yellow go with earth tones or a white dress just be very summer like and flirty and confident like a real woman should be! Go on girl strut ya stuff ! i aint mad at cha..:) LOL

It depends upon the party. If it's fancy or formal try a dress, if it's casual try a skirt or some jeans. What really matters is that whatever you wear you are comfortable wearing it, good luck.

Obviously it depends on what kind of party it is, but you can't go wrong with jeans, heels, and a cute top. Or try a skirt, if its a bit classier.
