no! Helium is flamable! I wouldn't do it, but if you want to blow your body to bits then go nuts.

Helium is NOT flammable, that would be Hydrogen!!!! As for running it in paintball gun, not sure. It is a smaller and lighter molecule, so it should run through the gun faster but the lack of force from the lighter air may cause you to use more flow or higher pressures. Nitrogen is the best choice but plain Compressed Air is the most used in HPA tanks.
