I take Vibe, it's a liquid vitamin, with minerals, and antioxidants.
It helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure and helps the heart. I give blood, and they noticed my cholesterol and blood pressure has dropped in 5 months since I started taking it.

Miracle 2000 is a good one. I don't take pill vitamins because they bother my stomach. You mix a capful of Miracle 2000 with juice or milk, or I mixed with milk and whey protien mix (vanilla). It takes good and it makes you feel good. I buy mine at GNC and you can get over the internet.

purchase a pill cutter - they work great, cuts them in perfect halves. Get it online for like 4 or 5 bucks, ebay
