if your dark circles are hereditary, use
a cover up and blend it in with your skin
and then i think you're supposed to use some kind of yellow under it to hide it more....i'll just give you the link

tsays "Darkness under the eyes can be due to heredity, lack of sleep, smoking, drinking, and/or allergies. If due to heredity, camouflage is your only option. Use a concealer that blends with your skin tone. You may want to use a corrective color (green or yellow) underneath the concealer. This can be applied under the eyes and sometimes on the eyelid if the concealer is not too creamy. If the darkness is due to lack of sleep and/or allergies, an anti-puffiness eye product will help circulation and may lessen the darkness. Try using an eye gel and leave in the fridge for optimal results. The cold will help to reduce puffiness."

Use a yellow base concealer. Yellow hides dark circles and green base concealer hides redness. Hope this helps!

On days when my dark circles are really dark, I use Bobbi Brown's color corrector concealer (peach-toned, comes in 3 or 4 different shades), then i apply the regular concealer on top of that (yellow-toned, in various shades) - but sometimes, the color correcter concealer works fine on its own.

I use a concealer that is one tone lighter than my skin to cover my dark circles. My preferred brand is Mary Kay because you don't need much and it lasts all day. Good luck!

Try using The Body Shops's LIghtening Touch under or over your foundation, pat this in with your finger, middle or ring finger, do not rub in as under the eye area is very delicate.
