absolutely nothing you can do about so be happy with your 5 inches. better than have a tiny weeny bit of a d-i-c-k than nothing at all. be also content with the advise of dudes with small d-i-c-k-s that it isn't the size that matters but what you do with your d-i-c-k. good luck. cheers!

The answer is yes, you can make it Bigger.
And not through Surgery, which may work but is extremely expensive and there slicing at your dick..... Not something i would trust.
