Ha ha. Quite an interesting question. Being gifted with superhuman qualities, his passions are also most likely going to be intense. But then, you cannot bring an alien heroine in the picture at this moment. Lois Lane has been around for quite some time now. And if I guess correctly, she has also given birth to Superman's son as shown in the recent movie. So I think they had somehow sorted out the problem. He could have used a sort of filtering condom which allows only a certain number of sperms to go out and considering that his penis would also have grown to an abnormally large size(he is Superman, mind it), he might have ejaculated while floating above Lois Lane so that she doesn't feel any pain!
