i love to walk in the soft grass under our tree in indiana...there is so much soft cold clover you can just fall down and lay in it...the sand here in florida is just as nice...its warm in spots and cool in others..the way it feels on my feet, well its just nice...have you every walked through a puddle just after in rained? have you every walked in a field of wheat, just to feel the seeds fall on the top of your feet and between your toes? my children think that it is one of the funniest feelings..it tickles and makes you jump all at the same time....have you every walked on the beach just to see if you can find the lords foot prints next to yours? i've tried, he's still carrying me.

Sure, I even did it today. It feels great. I did it because, well, my shoes were flats and not suited for running all over the hills and climbing trees like my friend and I were doing-- it was wonderful to play like a little kid again; we don't get much time together, even in the summer. It just felt perfectly natural. I didn't even think consciously about it-- just kicked off my shoes and walked around, wiggled my toes, lay on my stomach and took pictures of my friend jumping in midair and hanging from trees.

No I absolutely hate walking barefoot..even in my own home I have to have something on my feet. Cats and dogs may have did their duty in that grass you're walking on...lol Just the thought of it makes me gag...

I do it all the time. Eventually your feet toughen up and you can walk on almost any kind of surface...I personally like walking on real soft grass. Squishing mud between your toes is sometimes fun too!! :-)~

yes- reminds me of my childhood summers. I spent the whole time barefooted on grass, sand, mud, and rocks- makes for tough feet.

If there isn't a single insect in sight, then yes. Otherwise, crushing ants with my barefeet isn't exactly hot.
