if by upgrade you mean make it worth more... i would say fix any problems it may have... like don't buy a carbon fiber hood and drive on bald tires...and if its in good condition go with a quality stereo... any cheezy mods you do to it will only make it worth less, like neon or cold air intakes or cheap body kits that make it look like it was in a accident... appearance mods that can increase the value of the car include eurolights... tint... rims tires... just becareful and don't ruin a good car... but don't let other people say what is best for your car either do what you like... but be aware that certain mods will decrease the value and in the end are only a costly down grade..
