May 2th- He kissed her.
May 3rd- My birthday, and we kissed.
He said "sorry, it was temptation." Does he deserve a second chance?

he deserves a second chance if you feel that he wont betray you again. keep in mind that it is much easier to give in to "temptation" once one has already succumbed before. you dont have to go through that ****, confused, let him go, you are worthy of his undivided attention, and dont settle for less because you are more than he should have ever hoped to attain in the first place

Why does a kiss matter? I do not think a step in a relationship should be measured by a kiss. A relationship is measured by a lot more. Most guys don't think of kissing as being exclusive anyway.

NO!!! no ofence to the guy but if he was even having doubts about just kissing you,i would blame you told him you have doubts about that chance.He doesn't deserve one if he wasn't 100% true in the very begining

Sure. Why not. What you need to do is do a three way kiss so he saves time.
That way he doesn't have to go kiss her, then you, then her again. Just do it all in one big kiss.
