You can get pregnant any time during the month, but if you're trying to conceive you should try when you are ovulating which is usually 2 weeks after your period starts.

You got pregnant within a few days of Aprill 22nd. It usually takes about 9 days for the pregnancy to show up on a typical pregnancy test, although there are tests now that will show pregnancy within 3 days.

No, the sperm will permeate the egg usually within 3 days. That means that you concieve within 3 days of sex, it just takes a week for the horomone levels in your body to change enough for a test to check for pregnancy.

It takes a couple of days for the sperm to climb up there. If the egg is there already you can conceive then and will probably have a boy because the male sperm is faster. If there is not egg the sperm will live for another couple of days waiting for an egg to drop and you will probably have a girl because the female sperm lives longer :)

no, it takes up to a week after sex to concieve, but sperm die within a week, so it cannot take more than that time. Secondly it is possible for a pregnancy test to determine that you are pregnant rather quickly, but I'm not sure about how quickly, but that doesn't seem too crazy for me.

depends on when you ovulated. the 2 week thing is just an average.

you probably were already pregnant and you just did not have enough HCG in your blood/urine to have a pos. test
