Lyrics when set into tunes become songs. Lyric is the structure and music in a suitable voice with feeling is the song. So music is the soul, and lyric is the body.
Ignorant means an individual without the requisite knowledge, where as arrogant means a person whose behaviour is haughty and far from being sober. An ignorant person could also be arrogant in his behaviour. A wise person is seldom arrogant and mostly he is humble in his conduct.

A song is the whole package; lyrics are just the words to it (separate to the actual vocal performance from the original song).
To be ignorant is to be uninformed, which you might have become innocently. It can also extend to not wanting to know, or not caring.
Arrogant means you have an inflated self-belief - you think you're better than you are. Kind of like you're ignorant of your shortcomings.

Songs are an individual's way of attempting to give physicallity to emotion while lyrics are the words some individuals use to attempt to enhance that physicallity.
Arrogance is making the wrong decisions, knowing why your making them, but not caring. Ignorance is making the wrong decisions and not knowing why it's wrong.
