My thoughts that is, but I would like to know, do you hear the outside sounds? Or are they all as one voice through my own thoughts?

This is Hannah, by the way.

Meaning, do you hear my thoughts and the sounds outside my thoughts, or do you only hear my thoughts and thoughts about the sounds I hear?

I only can hear what you say about your thoughts and I think about your thought.
I think a person can not hear others thoughts. We can feel thought but we can't hear it exactly.

I only hear my thoughts. I do not hear your thoughts, for which I am profoundly grateful. I hear the outside sounds, crickets and frogs. I hear my computer humming. My fingers typing, but that's about it.

honestly, dear, no one can... it's all guesses and presumption that we can do....... specially if you're facing the person whose thoughts you want to hear. for such are the limits of human, and nobody dares step over it....
