Brazil have so many sides. There's hungry people and there's people buying Ferrari and Rolls Royce. It's divided in regions: center-west is based in food production, like soy and meat. Amazonia is in North. There's many factories also. Northeast is the poorest region of Brazil. They're know as people that just love carnival, and hate to work.
Southeast is the most industrializated and populated area, and the most violent. Finaly, the South is the best place to live. There is a german culture in some cities, the level of violence is low, and the people are polite.
There are a diversitiy of communities, so is hard to answer this question.

Brazil is a country, and much like the USA, it's hard to describe it as something as small as a community. In general, Brazil is a democracy, with a president, and has a lot more poverty than the US. There are rich cities and poor cities, black cities, white cities, etc.
